Great experience at this Korean restaurant! The food was delicious and everything came out fresh and flavorful. The service really stood out—Lucas took great care of us and made sure we had everything we needed. He was friendly, attentive, and checked in at just the right times without being intrusive. His positive attitude made the meal even more enjoyable. Definitely recommend this place, and if you get Lucas as your server, you’ll be in good hands!

We had such an amazing experience! Our server Zane was absolutely incredible from start to finish. He was attentive, friendly, and made sure our grill was always perfect. He explained the meats, helped us cook when needed, and checked on us without ever being overwhelming. Korean BBQ can feel intimidating if it’s your first time, but he made it so fun and easy. Truly top-tier service. We will definitely be back!

Server Jose is who you want to request to serve you. We are regulars here but Jose definitely raises the bar. He is courteous, kind, and prompt. Made regular rounds to ensure we were taken care of and great attention to detail with entire order. Great job FirePan in having Jose as an essential team member.

The restaurant was half full when we entered. We were quickly taken to a table where there was gas grill for us to use for BBQ. We had the AYCE package A, and the food was pretty good. However, we noticed that our server had large number of tables that he was servicing and noted that it did cut into the time for our meal (we could order as much as we want from our selection as long as we can get the waiter's attention, which was hard since he had at least 5 different tables.) The sad part was that after an hour, several other employees came out (either to clean the tables or to hang around other tables) which made us wonder why our server was the only one working. And he worked very hard since others were just as hungry as we were.

I have come here with my wife on about 3 or 4 occasions and it is by far my favorite K bbq in the Woodbridge/LakeRidge area (nova in general). The food is always great, the staff is fast and nice. Plus they have robots that deliver food too. When we visited our server Lucas was excellent. Would recommend him if you go here!

Siara H. was awesome. She made sure we had our food in a timely manner. Any time our drinks were empty or sauce was empty she made she we got more. She was also very nice. Made sure we understood how everything works since it was our first time. Definitely enjoyed the service and the music!

This place is a chain and many ways feels very packaged. I thought the food was pretty good and they changed out our barbecuing a lot because they would not provide any oil. I would say this is Korean barbecue made for non-Korean they had an option of all you can eat with three different levels and they also had à la cart you could order as well. Yes, I think the meat was very tasty, but not yet very traditional.

Zane, our sever, was AWESOME. As we sat down, I noticed something intriguing on the activity sheet/word search. Why was "robots" there? By way of explanation, Zane surprised & delighted us, when a robot then came to the table to visit. SO COOL!!! Zane's insights, recommendations, food prep, friendliness and service were incredible. Highly recommend. Thank you Zane, for such a great and fun family outing to start the year.
